Delivery availability and charges
We ship to destinations supported by checkout. Available delivery services and costs are displayed before payment. If no service is offered for your address, contact us before ordering.
Processing and delivery estimates
Preparation begins after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. Processing is separate from carrier transit. Refer to the estimates displayed for your order; contact us before purchase if none are shown and timing matters. Weather, customs, holidays and carrier disruption may affect estimates, which are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Packing and separate parcels
Fabric cases, baskets, trays and project organizers differ in shape and size. Packing methods may vary and an order may be sent in separate parcels. The shipping origin may differ from our business address. Only items listed as included are supplied.
Tracking
When tracking is available, details are sent to the checkout email. Movement may not appear immediately after a label is created. Contact us with your order number if tracking remains inactive or a parcel appears unusually delayed.
Address accuracy
Check recipient details, delivery address, unit number, postal code and contact information before paying. Request corrections promptly; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment advances. Any proposed reshipping cost caused by incorrect customer-provided details is explained before a new shipment is arranged.
Missing deliveries
If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members and reception where appropriate, then contact us. We review tracking and circumstances and provide a suitable remedy where required. A carrier scan alone does not automatically decide every claim.
Damage or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where helpful. Keep packaging during review and stop using a damaged item. Confirmed supply errors or transit damage attributable to our supply are addressed through an appropriate replacement, refund or other agreed remedy without charging you for our error.
Customs and import charges
Charges included at checkout are identified there. Other destination-imposed duties, taxes or carrier charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated. Contact us before buying if you need clarification. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
